Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (such as new drops or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated.

UK & EU Delivery

Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders may be left in a safe place if you’re unavailable
  • During peak periods, please allow up to 15 working days

Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Available on selected products and regions
  • Custom or printed kits may take slightly longer to dispatch

International Delivery

Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
KitsKick is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages due to:

  • Items shipping from different locations
  • Large or mixed orders
  • Pre-orders or high-demand products

You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
You will only be charged one shipping fee per order.

Pre-Orders & Custom Kits

  • Pre-order items are shipped based on the release date shown on the product page
  • Custom jerseys (name/number printing) may require up to 3 extra business days before dispatch
